2013 “Austin Sealy Invitational Trac Classic”
Date: Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th May 2013
Time: 11 am & 2 pm
Venue: Queens College, Barbados
Entry Fees: $5.00 per individual athlete
$20.00 per school/club, plus $3 for each individual athlete entered-to accompany entries
*$10.00 additional for late team entries (May 16 th)[this fee will also be assessed against teams whose fees remains unpaid at the start of the competition]
Entries: Closing date for entries-Tue. May 14th 2013 at 12 midnight
Late entries will be accepted up to Thur. May 16th
Final date for changes- Thur. May 16th,2013
**Entries must be made on the team manager software. Technical assistance can be provided for an additional fee-$10.00 for every 12 entries
Prizes: 1st to 3rd position trophies for each individual event
Most Outstanding Athlete in each division
Conditions: * Entries can be can be emailed on the meet manager file or delivered on a memory stick
* All fees must be paid in order for athletes to participate
* Meet will be conducted under IAAF rules
* Management reserves the right to accept/refuse any or all entries
Technical can be collected from the National
Packages: Stadium up to 730pm on Thursday 16th May. Competitors passes, start lists will be distributed & fees collected, as well as final changes made

Rules of the Games:
*The meet has been sanctioned by the Athletics Association of Barbados as a qualifying meet & will be conducted under IAAF rules
*NO NATIONAL UNIFORMS (of any country) are to be worn by local participants. Violators will be disqualified immediately
*The ‘1false start rule’ will be in operation for all divisions
*All track events up to U 15 will be timed finals; U 17 & Open divisions sprint events will comprise 2 rounds
*All distance races (600 m and up) will be run from the respective scratch lines as finals
*All field events will comprise 4 attempts (>U 15), or 6 attempts (U 17 & Open) for each registered competitor

*Coaches are to remain outside of the competition areas
*No electronic devices are allowed in the Call Room or Competition areas
